Required Skills
- Diploma osnovnih studija iz oblasti računovodstva, finansija, ekonomije ili sličnog polja.
- Prethodno iskustvo u računovodstvu ili finansijama je poželjno.
- Jake analitičke i sposobnosti rešavanja problema.
- Poznavanje Microsoft Office paketa (Excel, Word, Outlook) i računovodstvenih programa.
- Odlične komunikacione veštine na engleskom jeziku, i u pisanju i u govoru.
- Pažnja na detalje i sposobnost efikasnog upravljanja više zadataka.
- Jake organizacione veštine i sposobnost da se ispune rokovi.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and timely.
- Balance accounts by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Handle manual invoices when required.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace payments and costs.
- Prepare financial reports, including Handelsstatistik and Bundesbank reports.
- Assist clients during audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with IT and programming teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Process and manage emails from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve conflicts automatically received from various platforms used by customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, transport companies, and internal departments via email and phone to obtain necessary documents and information.
