This year, the 24th International Congress Fair for Innovative Customer Dialogue took place with a conference and tradeshow hybrid after a 2-year break. Around 6,500 international visitors from 42 countries and 200 exhibitors from 18 countries attended the event live in Berlin and digitally online.

The key theme was “Total Experience Management”. Excellent service and intelligent technologies increase the speed of customer service and improve the customer experience. The “European Customer Champion” (EUROCC) was awarded for the second time by Management Circle AG together with the magazine cmm360.ch.

The next CCW Conference and Trade Show will be held from the 26th to the 29th of February 2024 at ECC Berlin, still in a hybrid format.

This year, Netex was represented by Andreea Kremm (left). She attended the event with Maren Mielenhausen and Sven Nicolaus, who represented Delticom.
