Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc., to track and improve marketing performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and drive the execution of integrated online marketing strategies across all channels. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and enhance overall marketing performance through collaboration with channel leaders.
- Cross-Channel Optimization: Partner with SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content specialists to monitor and optimize campaign performance. Guide to ensure consistent results and adherence to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Campaign Performance & Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track KPIs, analyze campaign success, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Lead Generation & Content Strategy: Work with content and email marketing teams to develop lead generation initiatives. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, conversion, and effective lead nurturing through targeted email campaigns and engaging landing pages.
- ISO 9001:2015 Compliance: Align online marketing practices with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Collaborate with the quality management team to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration Across Departments: Partner with product management, logistics, and customer service to align marketing initiatives with company goals and ensure strategies are well-integrated and responsive to customer needs.
