We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agent Purchasing Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders for our automotive tire warehouses, placing orders with suppliers, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills

  • Experience in purchasing or supply chain, ideally in automotive.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Orders: Manage and process customer orders for automotive tire warehouses.
  • Place Supplier Orders: Order from suppliers based on customer demand and stock levels.
  • Prepare Documents: Create necessary documentation for deliveries.
  • Handle Delivery Discrepancies: Resolve any issues that arise during delivery.
  • Verify Stock: Check stock levels with suppliers.
  • Manage Foreign Currency Assurances: Prepare assurances for non-EU orders.
  • Verify Invoices: Check accuracy of proforma invoices.
  • Adjust Orders: Process order adjustments and cancellations.
  • Schedule Deliveries: Establish and confirm delivery dates.
  • Process Emails: Handle emails from operators, suppliers, and system-generated messages.
