In the role of Agent in Supplier Operations, you will manage communication with external suppliers and internal interactions, ensuring timely deliveries. You will check irregular invoices and propose solutions for correcting them, thereby contributing to the efficiency of processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage communication with the client’s external suppliers and other internal departments (via email and phone).
- Monitor the status of shipments and orders, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
- Check orders for which irregular invoices have been received weekly and take necessary actions to correct invoicing errors.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding orders and address any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
