Responsibilities
- Implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with company standards.
- Conducting internal audits and reporting QMS status to the CEO.
- Preparing detailed reports analyzing and addressing non-conformities.
- Mediating and resolving error reports efficiently.
- Staying updated on ISO 9001 developments and QMS updates.
- Managing and responding to incidents while driving improvements.
- Providing training on QMS-related topics.
