Team building improves the work group’s efficiency and performance through various activities. They involve a lot of skills, analysis, and observation to form a solid and capable team.

The management team building took place on 29 – 31.07.2022, and 25 brave colleagues joined it :-).

On Friday, 29th of July, we met at the hotel – Pensiunea Retezat. We had accommodation & lunch, and during the afternoon, we proved our adventurous skills in Adventure Park. There were three difficulty levels, and each colleague could choose one. During the evening, we shared impressions and enjoyed the time spent together around a campfire.

Saturday’s main activity was hiking. Some colleagues enjoyed it, but others found it very difficult. The important thing was that we did this activity as a team. We helped each other. We encouraged those who said that they couldn’t do it up to the end, and … we enjoyed the lovely view of being surrounded by the mountains. After hiking, we had time to rest at the swimming pool.
